MC1 Christopher M. O'Grady

MC1 Christopher M. O’Grady attended the ‘25-’26 Advanced Military Photojournalism Program as an undergraduate student. A native of Chicago, Illinois, O’Grady began his military career on May 23, 2017. O’Grady’s previous assignments include Armed Forces Network Bahrain (2018-2021) and Recruit Training Command Great Lakes (2022-2025). His most memorable moments from his time at Syracuse University include working and learning not just from professionals, but his fellow classmates in the course. Upon graduation, O’Grady is scheduled to report to USS Blue Ridge where he looks forward to working as a content developer to his ship and train his shop on all he has learned at Syracuse.
