
SSgt J'Vonnta M. Taylor
SSgt J'Vonnta M. Taylor attended the ‘25-’26 Advanced Military Graphic Design Program as an undergraduate student. A native of Lake Charles, Louisiana, Taylor began his military career on June 12, 2017. Taylor’s previous assignments include Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan (2018-2020), Marine Forces Reserve, New Orleans, Louisiana (2020-2022), 3d Marine Division, Okinawa, Japan (2022-2024), and 12th Marine Littoral Regiment, Okinawa, Japan (2024-2025). His most memorable moments from his time at Syracuse University include working with the giants of the design industry, Pixels and Print, and the Graphic Design benchmark trip to New York City. Upon graduation, Taylor is scheduled to report to II Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. He will be responsible for conducting technical training and education in the graphic art and design disciplines to Fleet Marine Force and Supporting Establishment Communication Strategy and Operations (COMMSTRAT) Marines and will develop training plans that ensure individual and collective Training and Readiness task compliance.
