MC1 Simon T. Pike

MC1 Simon T. Pike attended the ‘25-’26 Advanced Military Photojournalism Program as an undergraduate student. A native of Huntington Beach, California, Pike began his military career on January 20, 2022. Pike’s previous assignments include USS John C. Stennis (2022-2025) and USS Gerald R. Ford (2023-2024). His most memorable moments from his time at Syracuse University include learning about audio design, multimedia projects, Generative Artificial Intelligence, and graphic design. Upon graduation, Pike is scheduled to report to U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa, Japan, where he will be using the skills learned in support of daily hospital operations, storytelling, and running social media as the Assistant Public Affairs Officer.
